The Problem

From a disabled user's perspective

From a disabled user's perspective

From a disabled user's perspective

For many disabled people, access to hygiene is the barrier that isn’t talked about.

  • Without the ability to clean comfortably and safely after using the bathroom, going out for a coffee with a friend, traveling to work, or joining community life becomes risky or impossible.

  • Paper-only methods can cause pain, skin irritation, and embarrassment.

  • Most portable hygiene products are bulky, unreliable, or designed without disabled people in mind.

The result? Opportunities shrink. Independence is limited. Inclusion is blocked.

From a Carer’s Perspective

Carers, whether family or professional, also face serious challenges:

  • Assisting with personal hygiene is physically demanding, increasing the risk of strain and injury.

  • The process is often time-consuming and emotionally heavy, compromising dignity for both the carer and the person receiving care.

  • Infections and skin issues become harder to prevent when good hygiene tools are not available.

This creates a cycle of stress, risk, and lost time — making an already difficult job even harder.

The Solution

The Daisy™ Portable Travel Bidet

The Daisy was co-designed with disabled users and carers to restore freedom, dignity, and participation in daily life.

  • For disabled users: it brings confidence and control. You know you can take care of yourself at home, at work, or out in the world.

  • For carers: it reduces physical strain, saves time, and helps preserve dignity in one of the most sensitive areas of care.

  • For everyone: it’s sustainable, discreet, and practical — supporting skin health, hygiene, and independence.

Because access to hygiene is access to life. With The Daisy, people can live their best lives — freely, comfortably, and with dignity.
